摘 要 本设计为淮南市某酒店暖通空调设计，建筑共十层。地下一层为设备房、水泵房 和地下车库，一到四层为商业中心做娱乐，休息，办公区，五至十一层为标准间。 根据建筑功能特点，选取全空气系统和风机盘管+独立新风系统的空调方式，对 于商业中心等大空间采用全空气系统，客房、办公等较小的空间就用风机盘管+ 独立新风系统， 独立新风+风机盘管的空调方式是由风机盘管承担室内冷负荷， 而新风负荷由各层新风机组来承担，新风通过新风机组处理到与室内等焓值的状 态，直接送入房间。 公共卫生间设置排气系统，风冷机组布置在屋顶。针对地下一层的实际使用情况， 系统设计了排风、排烟方案，采用自然进风和机械排风和排烟系统。 关键词：全空气系统 风机盘管加新风系统 空调水系统 排风排烟系统 Abstract The design of air conditioning design and construction of a Hefei official building is 9 layers, including the basement rooms for the equipment and storage rooms.The first floor is garage, number two to eight for the 0ffices ,the last one includesmeetingroom 、readingroom andgym.
