II II Abstract In recent years， the university library reduces the number of academic journals because of the lack of books funding. And the traditional academic model has slow publishing cycle. Thus， the researchers can not easily access a large number of academic resources. As an important complement to virtual collections of University library， network free resources are also an important source of academic resources for researchers. The emergence of open access has increased the number of network free academic resources and accelerated the pace of academic exchange. In this context， the co
