宫腔内置入米索前列醇对妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产后出血的防治效果 　[摘要]目的 研究宫腔内置入米索前列醇对妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产后出血的防治效果。方法 选取我院2015年10月～2016年11月住院部收治的100例妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产后出血患者，根据治疗方法分为两组，观察组50例，对照组50例。对照组患者给予缩宫素治疗，观察组患者给予米索前列醇进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率、总不良反应发生率、出血量（产时、产后12 h、产后24 h）。结果 观察组的总有效率为96.00%，显著高于对照组的60.00%；观察组的总不良反应发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的14.00%；观察组的出血量[产时：（15.22±7.25）ml；产后12 h：（32.21±16.12）ml；产后24 h：（76.15±42.15）ml]少于对照组[（45.15±21.45）、（66.23±37.56）、（125.55±66.35）ml]（P0.05）。结论 宫腔内置入米索前列醇治疗妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产后出血的效果明显，能有效降低不良反应发生率，减少产后出血量，临床上值得推广。 本文采集自网络，本站发布的论文均是优质论文，版权和著作权归原作者所有。 　[关键词]米索前列醇；妊娠高血压综合征；剖宫术；产后出血 　　[中图分类号] R714.46+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）03（b）-0107-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the prevention and treatment effect of intrauterine implantation Misoprostol in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome from October 2015 to November 2016 treated by our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases） according to treatment method.The control group was used Oxytocin and the observation group was used Misoprostol.After treatment，the total effective rate，incidence rate of total adverse effect and postpartum hemorrhage （intrapartum，postpartum 12 h and postpartum 24 h） of patients in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group （96.00%） was obviously higher than that was 60.00% in control group；the incidence rate of adverse effect in observation group （4.00%） was lower than that was 14.00% in control group；the postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was respectively （15.22±7.25） ml at intrapartum，（32.21±16.12） ml at postpartum 12 h and （76.15±42.15） ml at postpartum 24 h，and they were less than those in control group [（45.15±21.45），（66.23±37.56） ml and （125.55±66.35） ml respectively] （P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of intrauterine implantation Misop
