城市的规划评估的研究综述 　　摘要：通过对过去40年国内外城市规划评估的文献资料进行回顾和梳理，归纳出国内外规划评估方法的发展的三大转变：1、从事前评估向事后评估转变；2、从“结果评判”向“过程检测”转变；3、从技术价值观、道德价值观向综合的价值观转变。强调城市规划评估需要通过强化和巩固其法律地位，才能保障规划评估制度化。 　　Abstract: This Paper reviews literature on urban planning assessment published in the Past 40 years.
