Abstract
As the power unit in the aviation and aerospace field, micro turbine engine has broad application prospect due to the characteristics of light weight, small volume, high speed and high energy density. The rotor is the most important component of turbine power transfer, so that the balance of rotor will directly determine the performance and service life of the turbine engine. Because of the micro size requirements of rotor during the manufacturing and assembly process, the study of small turbine engine rotor of high speed dynamic balance technology has important scientific value in the field of national defense. This paper is combined with some new aviation turboshaft high-speed dynamic balancing algorithm research problem to develop a set of high -speed rotor dynamic balance test system.
This paper first introduces the dynamic balancing theory and method of rigid and flexible rotor , and the deficiencies of dynamic balancing algorithm domestic and overseas are analyzed, and the improvement and optimization are accomplished for the algorithms. Both harmonic component method and transfer matrix method are applied to the rotor dynamic balance. As a result, reducing correction quality and balance the cycle and improving the accuracy of rotor balance are achieved. Then on the basis, high -speed rotor dynamic balance test system based on VC++ is developed in the Windows platform. This system mainly including hardware part such as rotor test pl atform construction, the selection of sensors, the choice of the acquisition card, the rotor test system interface design and software part such as data acquisition, data display, data analysis, the realization of rigid rotor dynamic balance algorithm thro ugh single and double plane method, the realization of flexible rotor dynamic balance algorithm through influence coefficient method, harmonic component -influence balance method and
