我国城市饮用水安全保障问题研究 邓虹 摘要：城市饮用水安全问题已成为阻碍我国城市经济和社会可持续发展的重要制约因素。2007年8月召开的国务院常务会议要求，到2020年要全面改善设市城市和县级政府所在地城镇的饮用水安全状况。作者对我国城市饮用水安全的现状与保障法律制度存在的问题进行了分析，讨论了完善我国城市饮用水安全保障法律制度的立法指导思想，为我国完善城市饮用水安全保障法律制度提出了一些具体建议。 关键词：饮用水；城市；法律制度 Study on the problems of urban drinking water safety in Chine Deng Hong Abstract：The urban drinking water safety has become an obstacle to Chinas urban economic and social sustainable development.
