农林高等院校毕业生择业观调查及的的特点分析 　　摘 要：随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段，大学生就业形势日趋严重，而农林院校的毕业生就业就更加困难。为了掌握毕业生择业就业现状，本文以西北农林科技大学2006届毕业生为研究对象，从毕业生择业的期望、观念、心理状态，影响就业因素和学校就业指导工作三个方面展开问卷调查。调查结果用SPSS软件进行统计分析。在此基础上，提出了今后就业工作中加强大学生就业观教育和就业指导工作，增加创新创业教育，鼓励大学生自主创业的建议。 　　关键词：高等农林院校；毕业生；择业观；西北农林科技大学 　　中图分类号：D432.6文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009－9107（2007）06－0133－05 　　 　　Investigation and Analysis on Occupation??selecting and Employment of Graduates ?? 　　From Universities and Colleges of Agriculture and Forestry?? 　　――A Case Study of Northwest AF University 　　SUN Yu??ai，LI Qiang，JIA Yi??bo?? 　　（College of Humanities,Northwest AF University, Yangling,Shaanxi 712100,China） 　　Abstract:With the pace of the higher education entered the popular phase,the profession hunting is tend to become more sever,especially for the graduates from universities and colleges of agriculture and forestry.For the sake of mastering the actuality of profession selection of the graduates, this paper choose the graduates ofNorthwest AF University as samples of the questionnaire in three aspects: the expectation，intention and psychology condition of the graduates’ profession selection; the factors affecting employment and the guidance of profession hunting.The software of SPSS is used to analyse the data we selected. Then the paper gives suggestions to the university to cultivate the awareness of graduates’ employment, adding the innovation and carrying out education, to encourage the graduates to set their own business. 　　Key words:universities and colleges of agriculture and forestry;graduate;occupation??selecting and employment;Northwest AF University 　　 　　自1999年高校改革以来，我国大学生招生人数逐年增加，2005年底高等教育在读人数已超过两千万，教育的毛入学率达到19%，2006年教育的毛入学率已达到21%，高等教育已经由精英阶段进入到大众化阶段。大学毕业生面临着“买方市场”的严格挑选，就业压力越来越大，尤其是高等农林院校的毕业生，从表象来看就业前景似乎更为“暗淡”。那么他们是如何看待就业问题？毕业生的就业现状怎样？为了准确了解2006届毕业生就业择业的准备及就业落实情况，为我们完善和提高就业指导工作提供客观依据，我们于2006年6月对西北农林科技大学2006届本科毕业生进行了书面问卷调查，并进行了相应的分析。 　　 　　一、调查实施 　　 　　（二）调查对象 　　本次调查以西北农林科技大学2006届即将踏入社会的毕业生为研究对象。选择他们主要是考虑到经过大学4年的学习，大部分学生完成了人生
