关于建设招标潜在问题的探讨 　　摘要：改革以来我国经济市场的不断发展，同时法律制度也与时完善。在建筑业市场方面先后制定了各项法律法规，整顿了建筑市场秩序，加大了查处力度，预防和治理工程建设领域的各种不规范现象，但不可否认仍存在很多有待解决的问题。本文从招标相关各方这方面列举了我国建筑工程招标中存在的一些问题，并且从国家相关法律制度、诚信体系、行政监管等方面分析了产生问题的原因并提出工程招标工作创造良好外部环境以及如何塑施工企业的建议。 　　关键词：工程招标；潜在问题；对策 　　Abstract: the reform in our country since the development of the market economy, at the same time, with the perfect legal systems.
