Due to its role in data processing, statistical analysis and decision support operational, it is widely used in management, finance, finance and other fields. Proficiency in the use of Excel to create a variety of financial management model, which helps financial management staff quickly and accurately determine the rational decision-making in the midst of the financial environment, in order to efficiently carry out financial management. In this paper , through sorting and analysis of the predecessors’ research results ,first introduced the features and functionality of Excel,firstly introduces the characteristic and function of Excel, such as its powerful form handling, drawing and graphics processing capabilities, etc.,through the introduction of these features we can deeper understanding of the features of Excel; Secondly by comparing to indicate the Excel adaptability , its advantages and disadvantages in the small and medium-sized enterprise financial managemen
