大国视角下中印两国产业的体系比较的研究 　　摘要从产业规模、产业结构优化等6个维度，运用熵值法对2000年至2015年中国和印度的产业体系进行评价.实证结果表明：中国产业体系发展水平始终高于印度，而且差距有进一步拉大的趋势.两国科技创新能力的差距最大，其次是产业增长速度、产业规模以及产业结构优化，而资源节约与环境保护力度和信息化水平的差距相对较小.中国产业结构高级化水平处于一个稳步上升的状态，与此同时印度产业结构高级化水平一直处于波动的状态.印度产业结构的软化程度较高，而中国工业与服务业发展水平相对协调. 　　关键词产业经济；熵值法；产业体系；产?I规模；产业结构 　　中图分类号F062.9；F061.3文献标识码A 　　A Comparative Study on the Industrial System of China and India from the Great Powers Perspective 　　Hongjian Cao，Hongxia Wu，Ni Yang，Yan Wang 　　（Business School，Hunan Normal University，Changsha 410081，Hunan，China） 　　AbstractThis paper used entropy method to evaluate the industrial system of China and India from 6 dimensions of industrial scale and industrial structure optimization and so on.The empirical results show that the development level of Chinas industrial system is always higher than that of India，and the gap between the two countries is widening continuously.The gap of science and technology innovation capacity between the two countries is the biggest，followed by the industrial growth rate，industrial scale and industrial structure optimization，and the gap of resource conservation and environmental protection and the level of information is relatively small.Chinas advanced industrial structure level is in a state of steady rise； at the same time，the advanced industrial structure level of India is fluctuant.The softening degree of the industrial structure in India is relatively high，while the development level of Chinas industry and service industry is relatively harmonious. 　　Key wordsindustrial economy； entropy method； industrial system； industrial scale； industrial structure 　　1引言及文献回顾 　　构建现代产业体系是我国未来一段时间产业结构调整的主要方向.一般来说，现代产业体系是指较现代化的第一、第二和第三产业构成及其体系.在发达国家的现代产业体系中，第三产业占GDP比重的70%左右.对于中国这样的发展中大国来说，现代产业体系除了第二、第三产业占GDP比重的上升，还包括各产业内部合理的规模和结构.现代产业体系的建立对我国经济发展方式的转变，“五大发展理念”实现起着重要的推动作用. 　　学者们主要从内涵，特征，发展趋势等方面对现代产业体系进行了深入研究.刘明宇和芮明杰（2009） [1]指出，中国必须建立现代产业体系以提升在全球分工格局中的地位，发展现代产业体系需要实现市场一体化，并在要素禀赋和价值链升级，空间结构优化等方面实现协同.一些学者认为现代产业体系应该有广泛、灵活
