The attachment surface was cleaned by light sandblasting and would be treated for 5 minutes with light curing resin. The monomer was cleaned away well before cementing. To replace the missing tooth we decided to make an everStick fibre reinforced composite bridge using the direct method at the clinic. * The initial situation. For the molar tooth we prepared a cavity mesially. On the distal surface of the premolar we prepared a distal cavity for everStick reinforcement. A wide area of cavities and bonding surfaces were etched. Cavities were bonded normally and light cured. After careful drying, flow plastic was placed onto the bottoms of the cavities. The flow composite was not hardened at this point * By using dental floss we measured the right size of everStick fibre bundle. everStick is packed on a silicone mold which makes it easy to handle. * everStick fibre reinforcement was placed at the bottom of the cavities and light cured.
