建筑工程施工管理优化的要点的研究 　　摘要：随着城市规划的发展以及房地产的火热兴起，建筑工程管理的压力变得空前的大，既要保证建筑工程质量，又要极尽可能地缩短工期，既要保证建筑材料的质量，又要尽可能地节约建筑资金。而且，工程承包商、工程监理单位等的竞争也越来越大，于是科学地对管理建筑工程施工变得极为重要。本文就几个不同的角度来对工程施工管理提出了几点优化措施。 　　关键词：建筑；施工管理；优化 　　Abstract: With the development of city planning and real estate s fervent rise, construction project management the pressure becomes all-time great, both to ensure the quality of construction project, but also the tightest possible to shorten the construction period, both to ensure the quality of building materials, but also as far as possible to save the building fund. In this paper, several
