The new design ideas of design of Tianjin city hospital operation room cleaning air conditioning system was put into operation at the end of 1999， the effect of good. 　　【Key words】Operation room； The design of clean air conditioning system； The new perspective analytical 　　引 言 　　医院空调的任务应该是，维持室内所需要的气候状态并除去空气中的尘埃、微生物、气味和有害气体，而医院手术室的空调是最重要也是最困难的任务，尤其是控制空气途径造成的术后感染至关重要，因为降低和避免术后感染是保证手术成功、缩短患者恢复时间、降低医疗费用的关键所在。另外手术室空调的另一特点是服务面积虽小但风量大、能耗高、使用时间不确定，因此手术室空调在创造高度洁净的室内气候同时应特别注意空调系统的节能。下面笔者就天津市某医院手术室设计为例，介绍设计者在该设计中体现的设计思路。 　　一、手术室概况： 　　本洁净手术部由八间手术室、中央洁净大厅、麻醉室、苏醒室等附属房间组成，手术部位于医技楼二层，手术室无外围护结构，手术室净化级别要求分别为千级（I级）一间、万级（II级）四间、十万级（III级）三间，手术室设计温湿度考虑到儿童生理特点，全年控制在tn=24-28℃，在手术室内就地可调，手术室设计相对湿度Фn=50%-60%。 　　二、手术室空调风系统的划分： 　　1、高级别手术室空调系统宜独立设置。所谓高级别手术室是指千级以上手术室，其原因是高级别手术室空调送风量大，如同样面积的手术室，百级手术室的空调风量是十万级的3.4倍，是万级的2
