T e pre establis ed deicing sc emes are studied to draw t e rule to form deicing sc eme. T ereafter, a grap t eorybased approac is developed to form deicing sc eme by combining emperical rules. T e syst em can enumerate all deicing routes to satisf y t e requirement s of rules according to system state and topology . T ereby, t e deicing time can be calculated. Dispatc ers in control center can select appropriat e route, and configure necessary accessory measures including load redirect ion and relay recoordination to draw up a deicing sc eme. T e developed system can elp prepare deicing sc eme accurat ely and conveniently.
