我校4年2013―2016年护士执业资格考试成绩评价及的应用分析 　　【摘 要】目的：对我院4年参加全国护士资格考试1200名考生成绩进行系统分析，旨在了解我院近四年的考试成绩，分析查找教学存在的问题，并提出有针对性的改革方案和建议。方法：运用Excel、SPSS 19.0软件对我院近4年参加全国护士资格考试1200名考生成绩进行统计学分析[1]。结果：在我院3年参加全国护士资格考试456名本科考生成绩中优良率呈现降低的趋势；在我院4年参加全国护士资格考试744名专科考生成绩中优良率呈现降低的趋势。本科的优良率相较专科，情况普遍较好。标准差增大，考生成绩波动范围较大，成绩质量总体保持较好。采取R×C列联表资料的x2检验[2]，有显著性差异（P0.05）。结论：通过分析数据查找教学存在的问题，并在教学培养方案、授课内容、考试考核方法、考试辅导等方面进行有针对性的改革和建议，有利于提高护士执业资格考试通过率和优良率。 　　【关键词】护士执业资格考试；成绩分析；优良率；通过率 　　中图分类号： R-4 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 2095-2457（2018）06-0165-003 　　【Abstract】Objective： To systematically analyze the results of 1，200 candidates who took part in the National Nurse Qualification Examination in 4 years in order to understand the examination results of our school in the past four years， analyze the problems in finding out teaching， and propose targeted reform plans. And suggestions. Methods： Using Excel and SPSS 19.0 software，statistical analysis was performed on the results of 1，200 candidates who participated in the National Nurse Qualification Examination in the past 4 years in our hospital[1].Results：The excellent and good rate of 456 undergraduates in the National Nurse Qualification Examination for 3 years in our college showed a decreasing trend. The excellent and good rate of the 744 college students who participated in the National Nurse Qualification Examination for 4 years in our college showed a decreasing trend.The good rate of undergraduates is generally better than that of specialists. As the standard deviation increases， the candidates performance fluctuates over a relatively large range，and the quality of the results remains generally good. The x2 test[2]of the R×C contingency table data shows a significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：Through the analysis of data to find problems in teaching， and targeted reforms and recommendations in teaching training programs， teaching content， test assessment methods， test counseling， etc.， will help improve the pass rate and good rate of the nurse qualification exa
