As a consequence of this enhancement it has decided to 29,671 designate Metro Plaza (29,671 sq m of office gross floor area 47,690 (GFA)) in Changning District, CIFC (47,690 sq m of office 47,141 gross floor area (GFA)) in Zhuyuan and Urban International Development Tower (47,141 sq m of office gross floor area (GFA)) in Xuhui District which all completed in the fourth quarter of last year, as a Grade A office properties. The Grade A office properties that were placed onto the market 1 in Shanghai during the first quarter of this year were Dawning Centre in Changning District, Park Place in Jingan District, Chong Hing Financial Centre in Huangpu District, the Standard Chartered Building in Lujiazui and Yongda International Tower in Pudong. 1 Demand in the market remained strong and office pre-leasing continued to be a must for large space occupiers wishing to secure offices on contiguous floors.
