However, due to the relatively small asset scale, poor reputation , big operating risk, small enterprises are facing certain difficulties in raising funds. Well, that’s also became a tough constraints to its development. for the two aspects limiting factor of their own limit conditions and the external social environmental constraints to analyze the main problems and the reason in small enterprises, and puts forward the solution in crack the small enterprises financing.
