华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Multi-outlet centrifugal fan can meet the needs of ventilation for multiple devices, so it has a very important practical significance to study internal flow characteristics and flow distribution of outlets for multi-outlet centrifugal fan. MRF and SMM method were used for numerical simulation of multi-outlet centrifugal fan. It was found that the difference between the two air flows are 5.6% and SMM method was more time-consuming because of basing on transient simulation. SMM method can accurately simulate the internal flow of multi-outlet centrifugal fan. The internal flow distribution is reasonable and the flow distribution of outlet is consistency. When using MRF method, it was found that the aerodynamic performance of the multi-outlet centrifugal fan varies periodically with the change of the assembly angle between the volute and impeller. The cycle was the time using by the impeller turned a impeller channel. This is because MRF method can only calculate the transient state and can’t consider the impact on the status of the previous state by taking freeze the rotor law. The maximum difference among each outlet can reach 7.89%. When each of the outlet pressure is consistent, multi-outlet volute was designed according to the proportion of outlet flow to volute circumferential angle. It is found that the outlet flow meet the design flow ratio under different conditions by using SMM method. The internal flow of the centrifugal fan was also analyzed under design flow conditions and we found that there were some eddy flows around the cochlear board. The fluctuations of the volute surface pressure were observed and it’s found that pressure fluctuations in the volute tongue position were significantly greater than the pressure fluctuations in the volute section. The static pressure pulsation spectrum was obtained by FFT method and peaks are present near the fundamental frequency and harmonics (second harmonic). The fan
