COMBINATION MODE CONSTRUCTION OF VOCATIONAL TEACHERS
——A CASE OF GUANGXI
ABSTRACT
With the improvement of the structure of higher education , higher vocational educational education development is faced with opportunities and challenges. Higher Vocational Education has to be on a way in which serving
good service is the main purpose; Employment rate is oriented;Produce ,
teaching and researching are combined.”We’d better train high-level skilled personnel that the seciety and market need. And the teachers play a leading part in it. In the produce-teaching-researching mode in vocational education, raising high-quality theoretical, skilled and capable in research and innovation teachers is particularly important.
This paper includes the following five part:
In the preface, the background of vocational teachers training is analyzed. It emphasizes the significance and value of the construction of vocational college teachers and propose some research methods.
The chapter Ⅰ,the basic theories of produce-teaching- researching mode
are mentioned, such as teachers training, research cooperation, human resource management, incentives, performance management and so on.
The chapter Ⅱ,it introduces experience and lessons in teachers training
under the cooperative mode in foreign counstries, including community college teachers training in the U.S., the dual system teachers training in German and the” TAFE” training in Australia .
The chapter Ⅲ,it introduces the produce--teaching- researching modes and
the teachers’ competency requirements in teaching .In our country ,there are
