华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 电力行业是关系国计民生的基础性行业，在现代社会发展中起着不可忽视 的作用。输变电工程在保障电力系统正常运转的过程中起着关键性作用。近年 来，大量的输变电工程项目在全国各地开展建设，缓解不断增长的电力需求。 但是，许多输变电工程项目在建设前并没有科学的规划，导致其技术、经济等 方面并不可行，对电网整体建设造成了极大的影响。输变电工程项目技术、经 济的管理逐渐受到重视，如何在新的形势下保证输变电工程项目的技术、经济 的可行性成为一项亟待解决的课题。 本文在大量查阅国内外相关文献资料的基础上，结合自己的实际工作， 对昌黎至乐亭双回 500kV 输变电工程项目进行了技术经济分析及评价。本文首 先介绍了研究背景与意义、国内外研究现状以及研究内容与方法等内容；其次, 对工程技术经济分析的相关理论进行了阐述。再次，论述了昌黎至乐亭双回 500kV 输变电工程项目建设的必要性与可行性，设计了技术可行性方案。最后， 对工程项目进行了技术、经济分析，并应用层次分析法对工程项目进行了综合 评价，验证了其投资建设的可行性，为今后输变电工程项目的投资建设研究提 供了新的思路与方案。 关键词：输变电工程；技术经济分析；层次分析法 II II Abstract Electric power industry is a basic industry in national economy and peoples livelihood, which plays a considerable role in the development of modern society. Power transmission and transformation project plays a key role in the process of protection of the normal operation of power systems. In recent years, a lot of power transmission and transformation projects carry out across the country, reducing the growing demand for electricity. However, for many power transmission and transformation projects, there are no scientific plans before construction.Their technical and economic aspects are not feasible. It caused a great impact on the building of the power grid as a whole.Power transmission and transformation project technology and economic management are gradually taken seriously. How to ensure that the power transmission and transformation project technical and economic feasibility becomes a pressing task under the new situation. In this paper, on the basis of a large number of related literature at home and abroad, combined with their own practical work, the writer makes analysis and evaluation on Changli to Laoting double 500 kV power transmission and transformation project in the technical and economic. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad and the research content and methods, etc.Then the paper expounds the engineering and technical economic a
