中国工程科学 2018年 第20卷 第4期 DOI 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2018.04.016 智能制造的技术与经济逻辑 郭朝晖 （优也商务信息咨询有限公司，上海 201702 ） 摘要：本文针对我国工业企业推进智能制造时面临的困惑，研究了促进相关技术深入应用的方法。通过调研和对比分析发现， 企业的困惑本质上是技术的经济性差。推进技术应用的关键是提高技术经济性，而管理落后、质量要求低等问题，往往是制 约技术经济性的普遍性原因。要解决技术经济性问题，需要在业务层面制定转型升级的战略目标、面向高质量发展，才能带 动技术经济性。将智能制造相关技术用于管理水平的提升、补上企业的短板，也能提高技术经济性。 关键词：智能制造；工业互联网；工业4.0 ；赛博空间 中图分类号：T09 文献标识码：A Technological and Economical Logic for Intelligent Manufacturing Guo Zhaohui (Yo-i Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai 201702, China) Abstract: Focusing on the difficulties domestic industrial enterprises are facing while promoting intelligent manufacturing, this article introduces the methods for facilitating in-depth application of related technologies. It is shown through research and comparison, that the fundamental cause of these difficulties is the poor economic efficiency of technology. Therefore, the key to promote the application of certain technology is to improve the economic efficiency of technology. Besides, problems such as out-dated management levels and low requirements for quality are the general causes restraining the economic efficiency of technology. To promote the economic efficiency of technology, strategic goals have to be set for technological transformation and upgrading on a business level, and a higher quality standard should also be set. Meanwhile, intelligent manufacturing related technologies can be used to promote the management level and to address the weaknesses of the enterprises, thus to improve the economic efficiency of technology.
