基于VB与MAPX控件的南海市道路交通事故地理信息系统的开发 摘　要 地理信息系统GIS(Geographic Information System)是储存和处理与地理空间分布有关信息的集合。在城市交通管理过程中，可通过地理信息系统借助计算机，建立、编辑、显示、查询和管理交通事故信息，并对交通事故多发地段进行规划整治。 本论文首先介绍了地理信息系统的概念、常用的软件、开发工具VB和MapX；然后详细阐述了此系统的开发过程，主要包括基础数据的制作和系统的开发。本系统包含了文件管理、用户管理、视图操作、信息显示、快速查询和帮助六个模块，实现了电子地图与交通事故数据库的绑定，进而显示道路和交叉口的事故信息，而且能快速找到要查找的道路、交叉口和市区地物。 该系统改变了以往单调的查询方式，各道路或交叉口的事故形象地表现出来，让用户迅速与实际地物相联系，加深了印象，便于记忆和管理。 关键词 地理信息系统；交通事故； VB； MapX；信息显示 THE DEVELOPMENT OF TAFFIC ACCIDENT GIS BASED ON VB AND MAPX FOR WEIHAI Abstract Geographic Information System(GIS) is the combination to deposit and process the information relating to the distribution of geography spaces. During the process of Traffic Planning, with the help of GIS on the computer, we can found, compile, manifest and manage the urban transportation information, and plan or improvement the roads where traffic accidents happen frequently. Along with the increasing of the population and the goods in WeiHai, the traffic flow becomes more and more, and traffic safety and accident become a urgent problem. First, the paper introduces the concept of Geographic Information System, the software which are usually used, VB and MapX which are used in my system ;Then ,elaborate the progress of my system detailed, mainly including foundational database creation and the design of the system. The System includes six modules which are the management of files, the management of users, the operation on digital map, the displaying of information, the quick query and help, achieving the binding of digital map and the database of traffic accident, and then displaying the traffic accidents which occurred on road or junction, and finding the road, junction or place rapidly. The system changes the query means which is humdrum, and displays the traffic accidents which occurred on road or junction visually to let users put the accident and the place together giving them profound impression, which is useful for memorizing and management.
