安徽农业科学,Journal of Anhui Agri .Sci .2009 ,37(9) :3905 - 3908 责任编辑 王淼 责任校对 况玲玲 小麦种子活力及其与脱氢酶活性的相关性研究 * 薛刚, 张文明 , 姚大年 ( 安徽农业大学农学院, 安徽合肥230036) 摘要 [ 目的] 研 究不 同贮藏方式对 小麦种子活力的影响, 探讨小麦种子活力与脱氢酶活性的相关性, 为小麦种子活力的检验提供理论 依据 。[ 方法] 6 个 小麦品种( 系) 的种子分别采用室温密闭和低温密闭贮藏8 个月, 通过幼苗生长、模拟 田间出苗率、电导率和脱 氢酶活 性测定等方法来测定贮藏前后小麦种子的活力, 并进行各 活力指标 间的相关分析 。[ 结果] 不 同品种( 系) 种子的耐藏性存在 差异, 低温 密闭贮藏有利于保持种子活力; 贮藏前后 小麦种子的脱氢酶活性与活力指数、模拟 田间出苗率均存在显著或极显著正相关, 与浸泡液电 导率、绝对 电导率、相对 电导率均存在 负相关。[ 结论] 脱氢酶活性可作为衡量 小麦种子活力的较好指标之一。 关键词 小麦; 贮藏; 种子活力; 脱氢酶活性 中图分类号 S512 .1 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611(2009) 09 - 03905 - 04 Research on the Wheat Seed Viability andits Relevance with Dehydrogenase Activity XUE Gang et al ( Agricultural College , Anhui Agricultural University , Hefei , Anhui 230036) Abstract [ Obj ective] The effect of the different storage methods on the viability of wheat seed was studied and the relationship between wheat seed vi- tality and dehydrogenase activity was explored in order to provide the theoretical basis of the test of wheat seed vigor . [ Method] The seedling growth , ger- mination rate si mulated in the condition of field , conductivity and dehydrogenase activity of the seeds were assayed after 6 wheat varieties (lines) seeds were stored for 0 month or 8 months at roomtemperature or low- te mperature , respectively , in order to determine wheat seeds vitality before and after storage and to analyze the correlation among the vitality indicators . [ Results] There was the difference of storability amongthe different wheat variety(line) seeds . The lowtemperature storage had conducive to maintaining seed vigor . There were significant or highly significant positive correlations between the dehydrogenase activity and vigor index , ger mination rate of the wheat seeds before and after the storage and negative correlation between the dehydroge
