河北经贸大学毕业论文 中国环保业海外并购问题研究 专业名称： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： J国贸14-2 学生姓名： 任永行 指导教师： 谭立群 完成时间： 2016年5月 河北经贸大学毕业论文 PAGE II 摘 要 随着中国经济的飞速发展，人民生活水平也不断的提高，环境问题也越来越受到人民的关注。政府也开始加大力度进行环境建设和保护，习主席也倡导不能以牺牲环境为代价的经济快速发展，既要金山银山也要绿水青山。环保业在十三五规划当中也已经被列为重要议题，并出台相应的一系列鼓励政策。随着产业的升级换代，环保业的国际化发展战略也是不可避免的，企业实力雄厚的早已走上了海外并购的道路。环保企业海外并购“风起云涌”的背后，反映了企业通过外延式扩张做大做强的决心。通过跨国并购，有利于企业弥补自身业务“短板”，快速进入新领域。此外，国内环保企业同质化现象严重、竞争加剧，部分环保企业打起了借海外并购加强自身技术储备的算盘。很多发达国家的环保企业拥有先进的技术和成熟的管理经验，正是我们所欠缺的。通过海外并购，有利于引进、吸收先进的环境治理技术和经验，为我所用。当然，“走出去”的过程不会一帆风顺。因此，在引进之前，企业要充分做好技术和市场的调研、论证工作，不宜盲目上马。海外并购，既是高招，也是对企业综合实力的考核和检验，期待更多的我国环保企业下好这步棋。 关键词 环保业；海外并购；国际化战略； Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy, peoples living standards have continued to improve, environmental problem attracts more and more peoples attention.
