從執行面探討試場規則及違規處理辦法考試學刊第三期 2007.12 169 Bulletin of Testing and Assessment 從執行面探討試場規則及違規處理辦法 Administrations of CEEC’s Regulations Governing Examination Sites Jin-Sen Wen College Entrance Examination Center Abstract CEEC’s Regulations Governing Examination Sites were established to ensure the smooth administration of all the exams the Center administers. With these regulations, the rights of the examinees are protected and fairness of the exams is also assured. The examinees are required to follow the regulations strictly and all exam invigilators have to administer the exams in accordance with the rules specified in CEEC’s Handbook of Examination Affairs. This paper explains in detail the essence of CEEC ’s Regulations Governing Examination Sites, as well as their revisions over the years. It also presents some cases of exam violations and discusses their significance in the context of exam administration.
