区块链专题 sPEcial toPic: blocKcHain doi:10.3772/j.issn.2095-915X.2017.02.002 区块链在学术出版领域的创新应用及 展望 湖北省科技信息研究院 科技进步与对策杂志社 武汉 430071 陈晓峰 云昭洁 摘 要 区块链被认为是一个具有颠覆性潜力的技术，将重新定义世界，改变经济、社会和生活，也将 为学术出版领域带来革命性影响。在系统阐述区块链概念、基本特征和优势的基础上，结合区块链研 究现状和学术出版领域的现实需求，提出了区块链技术在学术成果版权保护与学术不端行为治理、学 术出版同行评议、出版物影响力评价、科研的可重复性、期刊价值功能改造等方面应用的可行性。最后， 对区块链技术在学术出版领域应用面临的挑战和应对策略进行了展望。 关键词：区块链，学术出版，学术期刊，版权保护，同行评议，可重复性 中图分类号：G237, TP311.13 Innovations and Applications of BlockChain in Academic Publishing Publishing House of Journal of Science Technology Progress and Policy, Hubei Academy of Scientific and Technical Information, 430071 Wuhan, China CHEN XiaoFeng YUN ZhaoJie Abstract The blockchain is considered as a potentially disruptive technology that will redefine the world, transform the economy, society and life, and will revolutionize academic publishing. On the basis of explaining the concept, features and advantages of blockchain and combined with the current situation of the research on blockchain and the practical needs of academic publishing, this paper put forward the application of blockchain technology in academic achievement copyright protection, academic misconduct governance, publishing peer review, impact evaluation of publications, the repeatability of scientific research, the value function of periodicals and so on. Finally, this paper also prospected the challenges and strategies of the application of blockchain technology in academic publishing.
