AbstractReasonable social mobility is to ensure that the basis for the healthy functioning of society, especially in a big gap between rich and poor societies. Then, basically they were at the bottom level in mobility. Changes in the analysis of income shows that the absolute income level is slowly increased, but compared with the average income of society, the income gap rapidly larger. This group either in the occupational mobility, income changes, or changes of residence, can perspective that after the movement of flowing down, they stabilize in the social lowest level. Economical reforming which brings social structures change and the resource distribution ways in which made them change into city stricken people were the most important two reasons.
