第 卷 第 期 临床药物治疗杂志 16 1 Vol.16,No.01 2018 年 1 月 Clinical Medication Journal Jan,2018 吴力群 : 儿童流感的中成药治疗 儿童流感的中成药治疗 吴力群 （北京中医药大学东方医院 儿科，北京 100078） 【摘要】 儿童流感属温病范畴，病因主要为风热邪毒，临床可分为轻症邪犯肺卫、邪毒犯胃、卫气同病，重症毒热壅肺、 气营两燔，恢复期正虚邪恋等证型。治疗儿童流感的中成药品种较多，临床常用于轻症邪犯肺卫证有小儿豉翘清热颗粒、 儿童抗感颗粒、蒲地蓝消炎口服液、清宣止咳颗粒等；用于邪毒犯胃证有葛根芩连微丸、藿香正气（口服）液等；用 于卫气同病证有小儿热速清颗粒、黄栀花口服液等；用于重症毒热壅肺证有小儿肺热咳喘口服液（颗粒）、小儿咳喘 宁口服液（颗粒）、小儿清热利肺口服液等；用于气营两燔证的有紫雪、安宫牛黄丸等。中成药治疗儿童流感具有优势， 但应辨证施治，合理用药。 【关键词】流感；中成药；治疗；儿童 【中图分类号】R511.7; R28 【文献标志码】A 【文章编号】1672-3384(2018)01-0021-04 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672-3384.2018.01.005 Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines for treatment of influenza in children WU Li-qun 100078 （Department of Pediatric, Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing , China ） Abstract Influenza in children is seen as a kind of epidemic febrile disease based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, 【 】 and the wind-heat toxin should be the most common reason to catch a flu.
