The main content of this article is to use statistical knowledge about mathematical model for forecasting and decision making, and to analyse the factors affecting the articles by some of the main changes in the number, and through these analyses, we will see the statistical and mathematical model for forecasting and decision in the important role of development trend in the study of such problems, and ultimately to establish a rational analysis of mathematical models to predict graduate population trends.
