摘 要：锅炉是糖厂生产过程的心脏，为后工序提供血液，其均衡、稳定控制直接关系到产品质量和
节能降耗水平。多年来，广西来宾永鑫小平阳糖业有限公司一直在努力探索通过采用自动控制系统提
高锅炉燃烧效率，为均衡、稳定、安全生产提供条件。本文从糖厂蔗渣锅炉燃烧的现状、锅炉燃烧自
动控制系统的原理等方面，论述永鑫小平阳公司锅炉燃烧自动控制系统的应用所取得的成果。

Abstract: The boiler is the heart of the sugar production process, to provide blood to the next section. It’s
equilibrium, stability control is directly related to the product quality and energy saving. For many years,
Guangxi Laibin Yongxin Xiaopingyang Sugar Co Ltd. have been trying to improve boiler combustion by the use
of automatic control system in order to provide conditions of balanced, stable and safe production. In this paper,
the application achievement of boiler combustion automatic control system in Guangxi Laibin Yongxin
Xiaopingyang Sugar Co. Ltd. were discussed in the fields of sugar bagasse boiler combustion status, the boiler
combustion control system theory and other aspects.
