Through summarizing the existing research literature of teacher evaluation, we summarize five guiding, such as heaving student’s assessment but lighting peer’s evaluation ， heavying scientific research but lighting teaching, the professional development orientation is poor, pay more attention to result not the process and heaving evaluation but Lighting feedback ， following the five orientations, this paper design the questionnaire and complete the questionnaire survey and collect data, establish the structural equation modeling of the teacher evaluation orientation, screened the typical indicators according the path coefficient, at last, use the regression to analysis validate the indicator’s impact on the teaching reform. The results can be used to guide the teacher evaluation orientation and the teaching reform.
