PAGE 28 PAGE 21 摘 要 物流金融作为物流企业的一种新型业务模式，在我国的应用尚处于起步阶段，很多物流企业还未参与其中，究其原因，主要是对如何开展物流金融业务还未了解透彻。本文首先对物流金融进行了概述，介绍了物流金融的定义，指出了物流金融中涉及到的三个主体(物流公司、客户和金融机构)之间的关系。然后，文章介绍了物流金融的特点、背景以及物流金融在国内外的发展状况。最后，文章对物流金融业务模式做统一的介绍，详细说明每项业务的具体实施内容，分析了各种模式在实际应用中的优缺点，指出了每种模式在操作中存在的风险，并给予了相应的风险规避策略。 关键词：物流金融,业务模式,风险规避 Abstract As a new logistics business model, the application of logistics finance in our logistics enterprises is still at the initial stage, a lot of logistics enterprises have not yet involved, the main reason for its study on how to conduct a thorough understanding of financial operations have not yet. Firstly, this paper introduce the concept of the logistics finance, point out the logistics finance involved in three entitles (logistics customers and financial institutions) and the relationship between the main. Secondly, the paper gives the characteristics and the background of logistics finance and the developments of the logistics finance at home and aboard. Finally, the paper description each of the specific content of the logistics finance profit model, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each model by researching the business processes, and summarizes the risks of different models and their risk avoidances.
