医院文化与思想政治工作的和谐 　　 　　【摘 要】从概念上来说，医院文化是医院全体员工在特定的条件下创造出来的物质财富与精神财富的总和。医院文化建设是加强医院内部管理的前提，而思想政治工作是加强医院文化建设的前提，两者的结合反映的是医院的核心价值体系，展示的是医院的精神内涵。从某种意义上来说，也只有两者进行结合，才能够实现医院的和谐发展。在外资逐渐被引入医疗市场，市场化的经营管理理念逐渐深入到医院日常工作中的今天，做好这部分工作尤为重要。 下载论文网 　　【Abstract】Conceptually， the hospital culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by the hospital staff under specific conditions.
