社区体育设施配置综合评价的研究 　　摘 要：审视以往社区体育设施配置的片面性评价，认为：设施配置应遵循有利于居民使用的原则，设施利用绩效集中反映了其质量。社区体育设施配置评价不能局限于设施的物理质量，建立价值多元的整体评价思想，分阶段、分地域对社区设施进行动态分析和评价，从体育设施的生命周期视角，综合“技术指导”、“综合管理”与“居民主观感知”的质量内涵，提出构建基于居民需要的社区体育设施全生命周期利用的配置质量综合评价体系的思路。采用切克兰德软系统方法论中的CATWOE分析社区体育设施配置质量的主要因素，运用模糊聚类法构建了包括5项一级指标、14项二级指标、28项三级指标的评价指标体系。 　　关键词：社区体育设施；配置质量；全生命周期；综合评价；指标体系 　　中图分类号：G812.4 文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-2076（2012）06-0021-06 　　Abstract：Scanning the previous one-sided appraisals of community sports facility allocation， the author suggests that facility allocation adhere to the principle that it is beneficial to the residents’ use， and their using effectiveness will in turn embody their quality. Not being confined to their physical quality， it is important to construct a pluralistic value appraising pattern，which will be featured as dynamic analysis and evaluation with different stages and regions.
