程序化参赛的方案的设计实证的研究 　　摘 要： 为提高散打程序化参赛方案科学化水平及实施效果，采用文献资料调研、访谈 法、个案分析及理论分析对敖特根•巴特尔参加第11届全国运动会77.5kg散打决赛程序化 参 赛方案设计思路、原理、步骤及效果进行实证研究。结果表明，巴特尔赛前制定了周密详尽 的参赛方案，经过参赛具体实施，成功实现预期目标。结论：程序化参赛方案的设计应遵循 竞赛规律，在充分认识项目及（巴特尔及对手）个体特征基础上，将指导思想及目标任务细 化到参赛步骤与比赛环节中去。程序化参赛方案的建立为降低比赛失误、控制比赛风险、夺 取比赛胜利，提供了科学、有效的参赛模式。 　　关键词：程序化；参赛方案；散打；巴特；实证 　　中图分类号：G808.2 文献标识码：A 文章编 号：1007-3612(2011)11-0142-03 　　Empirical Study on the Design of the Modularized Competition Pla n 　　――With the Case Study of Mengke Bateer in the Sanda Final of the 11th National Games 　　SHAO Qiang，LI Shan 　　(Xi’an Institute of Physical Education，Xi’an 710068，Shaanxi China) 　　Abstract: In order to improve the rationality and implementation effect of the modularized competition participation of Sanda，the paper adopts the method of literature r eview，interview，case study and theory analysis to make an empirical study on t he design concept，principle，procedure and effect of the modularized competitio n plan of Mengke Bateer in the 77.5kg Sanda Final of the 11th National Games.T he result indicates that before the final，Bateer made a detailed plan and succe ssfully implemented the plan in the final.Conclusion: the design of the modular ized competition plan shall follow the rule of the competition，fully consider t he character of the player and the component，and on this basis，apply the guida nce idea and tasks in the competition procedure.The modularized competition pla n can reduce the fault in the games and control the competition risks and provid e a rational and effective competition model for the success of players in the c ompetition. 　　Key words: modularize；competition plan；Sanda；Bateer；empirical 　　 　　 本世纪初，为提高我国高水平运动员（国家队）国际赛事参赛科学化水平及比赛成绩， 体育工作者提出并建立了程序化参赛方案理论。作为我国竞技体育领域的一项实践突破，程 序化参赛方案理论经历包括2004年雅典奥运会、2006年都灵冬奥会、2008年北京奥运会及各 大国际赛事的应用与检验该被证明在促进比赛发挥稳定性、降低参赛风险、提高竞赛能力上 具有重要作用??［1］?。程序化参赛理论在多年发展中不断得到发展与完善，然而在理 论依据、 方案设计原理以及专项化实证效果与经验总结等方面还值得进一步研究。就散打项目而言， 在竞赛实践中，管理者、教练员、运动员等应不断探索专项化参赛规律，加强大赛系统设计 能力，制定具体可行的参赛模式。
