中西结合治疗婴幼儿哮喘临床的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察急性发作期西药普米克令舒雾化吸入配合缓解期中药穴位敷贴治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法 将100例已确诊的轻-中度哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组根据“急则治标,缓则治本”的中医理论,采用哮喘发作期西药普米克令舒雾化吸入,缓解期中药穴位敷贴的治疗方法,与对照组仅于发作期采用西药普米克令舒雾化吸入的治疗方法进行疗效比较。结果 治疗组有效率90.0%,与对照组有效率58.0%相比,差异有显著意义(P0.05)。结论 西药普米克令舒雾化吸入配合中药穴位敷贴治疗婴幼儿哮喘,具有疗效确切、安全经济、副作用小的特点,值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 哮喘;婴幼儿;临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R725.6[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)06-51-02 　　 　　Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Asthma in Infants and Young Children: A Clinical Observation 　　HU Aie1WEN Zhihui2LAIManli3 　　1.Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Yunfu City Peoples Hospital,Yunfu 527300,China;2.Department of Pediatrics,Yunfu City Peoples Hospital,Yunfu 527300,China;3.Department of Pediatrics,Yunfu City Pyrite Hospital,Yunfu 527300,China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of asthma in infants and young children by integrated Chinese and Western medicine. MethodsWe divided 100 cases of confirmed light-moderate asthma randomly into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each. The aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort in acute episode of asthma and the Chinese herbal acupoint application in its remission period were given to the treatment group based on the treatment principle of Chinese medicine “alleviate the symptoms of the disease in its acute episode and effect a permanent cure of the disease as well in its remission period” and the aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort in acute episode was given to the control group,and then a comparison was made between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% and that of the control group was 58.0%,with a significant difference between them(P0.05). Conclusion The aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application in the treatment of asthma has more advantages of a better curative effect,safety,low cost and fewer side effects,worthy to be popularized. 　　[Key words] Asthma;Infant;Clinical ef
