旅游资源的开发是旅游业发展的基础和前提，旅游资源决定旅游地的发展。 结合山东省滨海旅游区的实际情况，分析了该省滨海旅游资源的人文底蕴和自然 风光等优势，但是在旅游资源开发中还存在开发利用不充分、缺乏科学规划和统 一管理，旅游产品品种单一，环境污染严重等问题，在此基础上，针对性地提出 了应综合开发利用旅游资源，加大促销力度，积极开发高端旅游产品、实施市场 多元化的战略设想，以及加强保护滨海地区自然资源和海洋自然生态环境的对 策，确定适合山东滨海的旅游资源开发模式，最终实现滨海旅游区可持续发展。 关键词：山东省；滨海旅游；旅游资源；开发 Abstract The development of tourism resources is the basis and prerequisite for the development of tourism industry，tourism resources of tourist development decision.
