After the two groups were treated by he-ne laser composite LED therapeutic，The control group with normal commercial reverse mould powder topical for 20 minutes ， The treatment group with homemade Chinese medicine mask to apply for 30 minutes， the two groups were treated once a week， Generally require treatment 3 to 4 times. Results The effective treatment group was obviously better than the control group （χ2=8.99，P0.05）.And no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The combination treatment with blue and red LED phototherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine mask is a therapeutic method which is safe and has a high curative effect，and it is worth recommending in clinic. 　　Key word：acne；vulgaris；blue and red LED phototherapy；Traditional Chinese Medicine mask 　　2011年9月～2012年9月，笔者科室采用红蓝光联合自制中药面膜治疗面部寻常性痤疮患者120例，疗效较好，现报道如下。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1临床资料：选择来自笔者科室门诊具有痤疮典型临床表现，按Pillsbury分类法[1]Ⅰ～Ⅲ级的患者。入选的所有患者就诊前2个月内未接受过任何治疗，无其他内分泌系统疾病。排除标准：①妊娠及哺乳期妇女；②有光过敏史者；③有精神疾患者。将180例入选患者随机分为两组：治疗组120例，其中男66例，女54例，年龄13～35岁，病程1～25个月；对照组60例，其中男31例，女29例，年龄14～33岁，病程2～23月。两组
