The fourth international symposium on phenomenological education will be held in Beijing from oct 10 to 12, 2018, of which oct 10 is the registration day. With the theme “Circumstance of Phenomenology and Pedagogy: Self-consciousness and Reflection”, the 4th International Phenomenology and Pedagogy Conference aims to explore the recent development of phenomenology and pedagogy, its impact on education, and the outlook of its future development from a cross-cultural and interdisciplinary perspective. Like the 1st, 2nd and 3rd International Phenomenology and Pedagogy Conference (in 2006 ,2010 and 2015), the 4th Conference is dedicated to serve as an open forum promoting phenomenology and Pedagogy research in the Chinese speaking world. The conference invites Chinese, East Asian, and overseas researchers and practitioners to confront the possibilities and challenges in professional practices. The Conference committee sincerely invites delegates with expertise in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Social Work from home and abroad. Delegates include professional practitioners, academics and other professionals from a range of disciplines through which human science research is being advanced.
