综合治疗糖尿病并发缺血性脑病195例临床的研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨综合治疗糖尿病并发缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法 糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者，口服糖适平片，同时给予奥扎格雷静脉注射，结合中医辨证施治，配合控制饮食和进行适当的运动。结果 治疗总有效率为92.82％，治疗前后神经功能缺损评分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 对于糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者不但要控制血糖，还要同时进行控制血液高凝状态的综合治疗。 　　【关键词】 糖尿病;缺血性脑病;综合治疗 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the comprehensive treatment of diabetes mellitus the clinical effect of ischemic encephalopathy.
