肃肺解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证临床疗效的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨自拟肃肺解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 方便选取于2016年10月―2017年4月该院收治的支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿60例，按照入院先后顺序随机采用不同治疗方案，其中对照组30例患儿行单纯西药治疗，观察组30例患儿行肃肺解毒汤联合西药治疗，观察两组患儿治疗前后咳嗽、体温、肺部??音等变化情况及其治疗有效率。结果 经治疗后观察组患儿临床有效率93.3%、患儿退热时间（2.61±0.41）d、咳嗽消失时间（7.05±1.49）d及肺部??音消失时间（4.86±0.82）d等指标以及中医证候积分（5.67±1.32）分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.32、t=6.48、3.18、10.44、4.373，P0.05）。结论 对临床小儿支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿行肃肺解毒汤联合西药治疗，临床效果显著，明显优于单纯西药治疗，临床宜加以推广应用。 　　[关键词] 支原体肺炎；痰热闭肺证；肃肺解毒汤；疗效研究 　　[中图分类号] R272 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（c）-0179-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe of the clinical efficacy and safety of self drafted Sufei Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of phlegm heat syndrome of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods Screening was performed in 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia and phlegm-heat lungs admitted in this hospital from October 2016 to April 2017. According to the order of admission， different treatment regimens were convenient randomly used， of which 30 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine alone and 30 children in the observation group with Sufentangliangdu Decoction combined with Western medicine were used to treat the changes of cough， body temperature and pulmonary atrial appetite before and after treatment in two groups and the treatment efficiency were compared. Results The observation group after treatment， the clinical effective rate was 93.3%， fever time（2.61±0.41）d， cough disappeared time （7.05±1.49）d and pulmonary rales （4.86±0.82）d， index and TCM syndrome score （5.67±1.32）points， significantly better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.32， t=6.48， 3.18， 10.44， 4.373，P0.05）. Conclusion For children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae， phlegm heat and lung blocking syndrome， the clinical effect is obvious， which is significantly better than the single Western medicine treatment， and it shoule be promoted and applied. 　　[Key words] M
