机械设备拆装实训室的建设-机械制造论文 机械设备拆装实训室的建设 李玮清① LI Wei-qing；辛向华② XIN Xiang-hua （①西安职业技术学院，西安 710077；②中国重型机械研究院股份公司，西安710032） （①Xi′an Vocational and Technical College，Xi’an 710077，China； ②China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.，Ltd，Xi’an 710032，China） 摘要： 现代生产企业对“能生产、懂维修”的技术人员需求很大，本着“以就业为导向，以服务为宗旨”的基本原则，结合专业培养目标，通过典型设备拆装工艺的分析和训练，使学生具备机械拆装的基本技能，掌握机械设备拆装和装配的基本工艺知识，熟悉典型零件修复工艺技术，为后续学习奠定基础。机电一体化专业是我院最早的省级重点专业，以前主要进行装配钳工基本技能训练，实训课题单一，时间久了学生兴趣不浓。通过机械拆装实训室的建立，不但可以解决我院机电一体化专业学生实训课题单一的现象，还拓宽了学生的就业方向。本实训室注重理论与实践的统一，动手与动脑相结合。注重用理论指导实践，并充分发挥主观能动作用，体现创新意识。 Abstract： Modern production enterprise has a great demand for the technical staff who “can product and understand repair”. With the basic principle of “taking the employment as the guidance， the service as the purpose”， combined with professional training objectives， the students can master the basic skills of mechanical disassembly， master the basic knowledge of mechanical equipment disassembly and assembly， be familiar with the repair technology of typical parts through the analysis and training of typical equipment disassembly process， to lay a foundation for follow-up study. Mechatronics specialty is the first provincial key specialty of the college， before this specialty mainly conduct the assembly fitter basic skills training， because the training subject is single， in a long time the students’ interest is not strong. The establishment of mechanical disassembly training room not only can solve the phenomenon of single training subject， but also can broaden the employment orientation of students.
