厦门市集美区厦工工业园管桁架加工车间厂房设计 PAGE PAGE I PAGE 66 厦门市集美区厦工工业园管桁架加工车间厂房设计 ［中文摘要］ 本工程为厦门市集美区厦工工业园管桁架加工车间厂房设计。根据毕业设计任务书的要求，分建筑和结构两部分进行设计。 建筑部分，通过查阅《福建省建筑设计标准图籍》等相关资料，将门式刚架厂房设计为12跨，每跨的间距为24m，总的建筑面积为1900m2。该单层门式刚架结构是以轻型焊接H型钢（变截面）作为主要承重骨架，用冷弯薄壁型钢（C型）做檩条、墙梁；以压型钢板做屋面、墙面；采用75mm玻璃棉作为保温隔热材料并适当设置支撑的一种轻型房屋结构体系。 结构部分，根据已形成的建筑图及其相关要求，查阅《建筑结构荷载规范GB50009-2001》、《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范GB50018-2002》、《钢结构连接节点设计手册》、《房屋建筑钢结构设计》等相关规范和一定量的实际工程设计图，对每榀刚架的最不利荷载进行计算，使用PKPM软件完成刚架的合理截面计算，然后通过设计规范的相关要求，对刚梁、柱、支撑、檩条等构件进行稳定性计算，用AUTOCAD2005分别绘制出设计图。最后，整理计算书并出图。 ［关键词］　轻型钢结构门式刚架 建筑 结构 规范 设计图 District of Xiamen city processing plant design of truss [Abstract]　　This works for the District of Xiamen city processing plant design of truss.
