沈阳农业大学毕业论文（设计）专用纸 - 1 -- 草莓病毒的汁液摩擦接种技术研究 摘 要 我国草莓产区病毒病比较严重，其中主要病毒有以下四种：草莓斑驳病毒(SMoV)、草莓皱缩病毒(SCrV)、草莓轻型黄边病毒(SMYEV)和草莓镶脉病毒(SVBV)。草莓感染病毒后，症状不明显，称为隐性侵染。草莓病毒侵染草莓后，会有叶片失绿、畸形、生长量减少、植株矮化、产量下降、品质变劣等不良后果。 本文主要利用指示植物昆诺黎通过汁液摩擦接种法检测草莓病毒症状，特别是单一病毒感染指示植物时的症状。通过设置多重处理、对照，比较各处理间，处理内症状差异，得出病毒在各种指示植物上的症状特点，并且根据症状得出结论，。此次试验所检测的病毒为我国主要草莓病毒，它们是草莓皱缩病毒、草莓斑驳病毒、草莓镶脉病毒等。 关键词：草莓病毒 指示植物 摩擦接种 检测方法 ABSTRACT The our country strawberry produces the area virus disease more and seriously, among them, the main virus contain four kinds of the following: strawberry shrinkage virus, strawberry mottled virus ，strawberry mount pulse virus and strawberry the major attribute of light yellow side virus, After strawberry infect with the virus, the symptom is not obvious, being called the recessive ness to invade to dye.The strawberry virus will have the leaf the slice to lose after invade dye the strawberry green, the abnormal, the growth quantity reduce, the plant is short to turn, the yield descend, the quality becomes the inferior bad result. Keywords:The strawberry virus; Indicate the plant; The friction inoculate; examine the method 前 言 草莓（Fragaria x ananassa ）是蔷薇科（Rosaceae）草莓属的浆果[3,4]，为多年生草本植物，世界各地均有栽培。自20世纪30年代以来，世界上很多国家都开展了草莓病毒病的研究，弄清了病毒病的发生和为害状况,基本上解决了病毒病的防治问题,实现了草莓无病毒栽培,获得了良好的经济效果.我国是草莓的原产地之一，近年来，我国引进了一大批优良的草莓品种，生产发展很快，但草莓病毒病也随之加重。我国也曾对草莓主载区的病毒种类及其危害情况进行了调查研究。
