高层建筑结构的设计中选型优化的研究 　　【摘 要】高层建筑结构设计中的选型与结构的优化关系到整个高层结构的安全，有很多高层结构的设计中带有转换层。带有转换层的高层建筑结构是一种非常规的复杂高层结构形式，其显著特点是主要抗侧力构件沿结构竖向分布不连续，结构竖向刚度分布不均匀。在强烈地震作用下结构易产生薄弱层，是一种不利十工程抗震的结构形式，在高烈度地区采用时要注意采取合理的结构措施以保证工程结构的抗震性能要求。本文就高层体系的选型与优化进行了论述。?? 　　【关键词】高层建筑，设计 ，转换层?お? 　　Selection of high-rise building structure design optimization study?? 　　Li Nan 1,Guo Yun-fei 2?? 　　(1.Shenyang New World Architectural Design Co., Ltd. In this paper, the selection and optimization of high-level system are discussed.?? 　　【Key words】High-rise building;Design;Conversion layer?お? 　　 　　1. 高层建筑结构体系选型的影响因素?? 　　高层建筑是个单体，可统计性差、影响因素多，并且多个影响因素之间往往相互制约，从信息角度讲:它的不确定以及不确知的信息多，同时其综合性也很强。高层建筑的结构方案不仅仅取决于力学分析，且应该综合考虑到环境、经济、安全、适用性等综合因素，决策于分复杂。我们只能考虑其中主要因素，忽略次要因素的影响；注意各影响因素可能具有的层次性，不同因素之间存在的连续性，以及这些影响因素综合起来对整个结构选型有具有一定的模糊性。?? 　　对于千差万别的建筑方案除了考虑美学因素以外，影响高层建筑结构选型的主要因素可以简要的归纳为：?? 　　（1）环境条件:主要包括建筑抗震设防烈度、建设场地类别、基本风压以及基本雪压等自然环境因素。?? 　　（2）建筑方案特征:主要包括方案建筑的高度和层数、高宽比、长宽比以及建筑体型。每一种结构形式都有其各自的特点以及适用性，考虑到经济的原因也就有了各自的适用高度。我国的《抗震规范》以及《高规》均给出了每一种常见建筑结构体系的适用高度。?? 　　（3）建筑功能要求:结构是为建筑服务的，所以结构的布置必须满足建筑功能的要求。建筑的功
