It has been fully revised in the definition, pathogenesis, assessment, individualized treatment, acute exacerbation and comorbidities of COPD. Some of them needs to be tested in the clinical setting. Here is a brief introduction and thoughts of GINA 2017 report. Key words 【 】Chronic ob structive pulmonary disease; Assessment ; Individualized treatment ; Acute exacerbation 1998 年慢性阻塞性肺疾病 （慢阻肺）全球创 学委员会之外的10 名专家提出建议并进行修改。 议 （Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung GOLD 2017 作为第4 次全面修订，于2016 年 11 Disease ，GOLD ）启动，其目标是根据已发表的最 月16 日在美国费城举行的GOLD 慢阻肺全程管理 佳研究结果制订慢阻肺的管理推荐。第 1 版慢阻 会议上发布[6] 。GOLD 2017 共分为六章，去掉了 肺诊断、治疗及预防的全球策略于2001 年发布， 附录中关于哮喘慢阻肺重叠综合征部分。本文对其 2006 年和2011 年分别根据已发表的研究进行了全 重要更新内容进行简介和解读。 面修订[1] 。GOLD 2011 修订版的修订分别于2013
