PAGE PAGE 1 河北交通职业技术学院 航海分院 毕 业 论 文 二 年 月 分油机跑油故障排除 专业班级： 姓 名： 指导老师： 内容摘要 在船舶动力装置中，所用的燃油和滑油含有水分和固体杂质,这样将影响机器的运行和使用寿命。进入柴油机内的燃油中含有水分和杂质使喷油器磨损加剧，燃油的雾化质量下降，燃烧恶化等不良影响。润滑油中含水分和杂质，破坏了运动部件间油膜的形成，加速机件运动磨损。 燃油和滑油在运输和储存过程中，会混入一些水分、铁锈和泥沙等杂质，同时使用中的滑油所含磨损产生的金属屑也随使用的时间而增加，因此，必须对其进行净化处理，以保证动力装置的可靠运行，并延长其使用寿命，尤其是在为了降低营运成本而燃用重柴油石渣油的船舶，油液的净化设施更是必不可少。 然而当分油机跑油的时候会严重影响船舶的正常航行。本文从保证船舶航行安全的角度出发，分析了分油机跑油的原因。介绍了分油机跑油的故障现象及排除措施，提出了防止分油机跑油的管理要点，并以“河北将军”轮出水口跑油故障为例进行了分析讨论。 【关键词】 分油机 跑油 Abstract In Marine power plant, used the fuel and lube oil contains water and solid impurities, this will affect the operation of the machine and service life.
