南京邮电大学2010届本科生毕业设计（论文） - PAGE 3 -- 南京邮电大学 毕 业 论 文 题 目 城市社区文化建设及其管理对策探讨——以南京市玄武门台城花园社区为例 专 业 公共事业管理 学生姓名 班级学号 指导教师 指导单位 人文与社会科学学院 日期： 2010年 3 月 1 日至 2010 年 6 月 13 日 摘 要 随着我国社会、经济的快速发展以及改革的进一步深化，也随着社会主义和谐社会和城市化建设的进一步推进，社区成为和谐社会和精神文明建设的前沿阵地和社会稳定的基础。社区和谐的主要内涵之一，是社区文化的和谐。社区文化作为社区精神的集中体现，其建设及其完善对于构建和谐社区、和谐社会极富重要意义。但是，由于我国城市社区建设时间不长、体制建设相对滞后、社区居民认知不足等诸多原因综合影响，从而使得社区文化建设及其管理存在着诸多亟待探讨和解决的问题。因此，探讨城市社区文化建设及其管理问题有着重要的理论探讨价值和实践指导意义。 本文选题以南京市玄武门台城花园社区文化建设及其管理为研究对象，在简单描述研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究基本方法与思路、研究理论基础等基础上，结合了对于玄武门台城花园社区文化建设及其管理的实地问卷调查及其统计分析，从一般意义上探究了我国城市社区文化建设与管理存在的诸如社区居民认识不足、管理机制落后等问题，并进一步剖析了社区文化基础设施贫乏、政府行政主导、社区文化专门人才缺乏等问题的成因，在此基础上系统地提出了我国城市社区文化建设及其管理的具体对策和措施。此外，本文还运用了市政学、管理学等学科理论进一步阐述了政府和社区居民在社区文化建设与管理中的地位和作用。 关键词：城市社区；台城花园；社区文化建设；社区文化管理 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of our society，economics, the further deepening of reform, and also as a socialist harmonious society and further promote the construction of the city, community and spiritual civilization is constructed of harmonious society forward position and social stability.
