One of my most unforgettable/memorable experiences was when I visited Taibei for the first time and stayed up for 3 days straight without sleep as there were so many things to do and see. The time I spent at school is still fresh in my mind; nothing to do after class, even less to do on weekend absolute dead quiet holidays. One of my most harrowing experiences was when I went shopping in a hypermarket and it took me 3 hours just to buy a loaf of bread and a litre of milk. There is a world of difference between state and public schools, especially in regard to the quality and quantity of facilities that they have on offer. What sets public and state schools apart is the tuition fees as state-run institution are up to 10times cheaper than their counterparts.
