在儿科病房实施优质护理服务效果剖析 　　摘要：目的 为患者提供优质高效满意放心的医务服务。方法 选择我院儿科住院患儿124例分为对照组62例（实施常规护理），观察组62例（实施优质护理服务），比较两组的满意度和护理质量。结果 观察组住院患儿家属对护理工作满意度≥98%，护理质量考核成绩为93.1分。结论 通过优质护理服务的实施，提高了护理服务质量，达到患儿及家属满意。 　　关键词：优质护理服务；满意度；儿科护理 　　Abstract：Objective To provide the medical service for patients with high quality and high efficiency.Methods 124 children hospitalized in our hospital were divided into control group（62 cases），the observation group of 62 cases of high quality nursing service，compared with two groups of satisfaction and nursing quality.Results The observation group on nursing satisfaction parents of h
